Autofocus, hands down the OM-1II will obliterate any Fujifilm at this time. It's not even funny. Fujifilm is plagued with something worse than bad autofocus, false positives. Many say that the FujiFilm X-E5 is an interchangeable lens version of the X100VI. The only things your missing is the ND filter and weather sealing. If you want something something with weather sealing look at an X-T5.
