Autofocus, hands down the OM-1II will obliterate any Fujifilm at this time. It's not even funny. Fujifilm is plagued with something worse than bad autofocus, false positives. Imagine seeing green AF confirmation squares, finishing a shoot, and coming back to see 30% of your shots are out of focus. B

Depends on your hands and the lens you use. I think the OM1 and all similar bodies (em1) are the right size for bigger handed people.
