The fact that they try to answer all the ES1 problems almost immediately vs how they ignore the rest of the discussions kinda show that I don’t need any other products from them besides the fellow stagg ekg pro I have.

It really should. This is why you will see lots of Fellow ES1 owners. A lot of people would take a “potentially inferior” product that they can walk in a purchase from a store that they trust.
