Best "buy once cry once" grinder under [650€]?

I have the Eureka Mignon Zero 65. It's built like a tank, is surprisingly quiet, and makes nice espresso. I haven't seen any reason to complain about build quality yet. Retention is minimal if you give the bellows a good push every time. It's not a $3000 grinder but it's a lot of grinder for the mon

Beginner to medium range grinder [250-500 USD]

CF64V is probably currently the best value grinder at $400 USD with a 400w brushless motor, variable rpm, vertically mounted 64mm flat burrs, and all the static and retention reducing features. Eureka Mignon Zero 65 AP is probably the best grinder not made in China (or Taiwan) at $500. Fixed rpm ~30

Eureka Mignon Zero Espresso vs DF64 gen 2 [400]

Pretty much what other guy said. Mainly something I saw/heard in reviews but thought wouldn't bother me. The Eurekas are not designed from the ground up as single dose grinders. They are compromised in all the ways you hear/read but living with it convinced me that the reviews are right. The Timemor

Eureka Mignon Zero vs DF64 Gen2 [budget is under $600CAD]

Eureka has much better build quality than DF64. It's built like a tank and will last forever. It's main weakness is its hypersensitive grind dial. You can get an aftermarket dial that partially mitigates the problem, but I would not recommend a Mignon grinder for anyone who frequently changes beans

Recommend single-dose grinders [$500]

I love my 55 mm Eureka Mignon Zero-- quiet, solid, virtually no retention. I added the Aro dial, which makes changing grind sizes a breeze. There's a newer 65 mm version, but I it might be over $500.

Eureka Zero 55 - A "good" grinder? [$230]

I was on the cusp of buying it, but decided to take a punt on a conical burr Chinese grinder on Alibaba that has been getting some good reviews and punches well above its price range. From what I understand, pretty much all the entry and mid-price Eureka grinders use the same materials, engines, etc

First machine for a beginner [700$]

Buying a separate grinder and espresso machine is usually preferable. I see bambino plus machine and baratza encore esp grinder recommended the most often as a starter setup, and should fit your budget, check into those. Also look at gaggia e24, it's a better build than bambino, and has the ability
