The primary difference (in usage) is the Hopper/Timed-grind vs Single-Dose aspect. My previous grinder was an Eureka Mignon Silenzio (hopper/timed-grinder) with 50mm flat burrs. IMO I think "fresh" beans makes all the difference in my cup, so I put a Single Dose kit on my Silenzio and never looked b
