Speeds not correct???

If it's the FRX523 ONT, the active WAN port is 10 Gig, but the other inactive ports are only gigabit. However, my point still stands about the Eero Pro 6e's ports, which are definitely not 10 Gbps.

2Gb Internet upgrade

Ethernet wired connections are the best. Second would be MoCA. Last would be wifi mesh backhaul. The Eero PoE Gateway is the perfect device to connect to your ISP connection. You don't need to use the PoE functionality...but the (8) 2.5Gbps ports and (2) 10Gbps ports are useful. Do you need to use t

Renewed Contract

I had the Eero 6+ and an Eero 6, Mesh when I took out my first 18th month contract, in the TrustPilot reviews they said at renewal to cancel the Mesh and they let you keep them both. So I cancelled the Mesh and they did let me keep the units, but that was over a year ago. Since then I bought my own

YouFibre 2000 and New Sagemcom router

I had similar issue with my Eero 7 Pro, (connected directly to the ONT) was getting very slow unstable Wi-Fi results, varying from 50mbps to 500mbps. Turning off multi-link operation on the Eero cured it, now speed testing up/down at 1850mbps on wifi 6e to an Intel ax210 on 6 GHz with 160 mhz bandwi

Mesh replacement for house

Newer Eero devices are going to provide better range and newer technology. If you're reliant on wifi connections between the APs, that's going to be limiting due to construction of the home. If you could wire them via Ethernet connections, that's optimal. Sounds like that's not easily done. I'd look

Youmesh compatible routers

Flint doesn't support mesh. There are very few details on YouFibre mesh, and if other units work with it, there was a thread where they thought it should work with the easymesh standard, but I've not seen any posts confirming. If you need a mesh any system should work. I had YouFibre supplied Eero 6

Thoughts on my home network plan?

Ah, I was hoping the ONT would be a little bit more than a glorified transceiver! It is a flexible aspect of the diagram, so makes no major difference tbh. Where it arose from was Zen internet's specs: 900 Mbps plan: Fritz!box 7530 AX router 4x gigabit ethernet, 1 as WAN ✅ 1.6 Gbps plan: eero Pro 6E

Help swapping to 2gbs youfibre hub

I doubt it's worth the upgrade (as I did it). You're unlikely to notice any difference between 1000mbps and 2000mbps (other than in a speed test) Unless you need bandwidth for multiple users, or have very specific needs. The Eero Pro 6 is Tri band it has 2 x 5ghz so it can manage the low and hi freq

Not getting Full Speed

The two gig eero maxes the bandwidth at 1 gig ( It has a multigig WAN port and a 1 gig lan port ) Now do the eero Pro 7. I recently upgraded from 1g to 2g fiber. installed the eero pro 7 they gave me (The above "two gig eero" mention is presumably a reference to the hobbled-at-launch eero Pro 6e. No
