Eero
Yes I had this scenario I had Eero Pro 6, they only have 1gb Ethernet ports, so they are more suited to work with a 1gbps line. If you get Eero Pro 6e, it has a 2.5gb port and a 1 gb port, I ran my network like this for a while, it meant 1gb Ethernet and I got around 1.4 gbps Wi-Fi. I've since repla

Speeds not correct???
If it's the FRX523 ONT, the active WAN port is 10 Gig, but the other inactive ports are only gigabit. However, my point still stands about the Eero Pro 6e's ports, which are definitely not 10 Gbps.

Adding eeros to router
You need an Eero hub. The Eero cannot mesh with the YouFibre Hub. You could plug the Eero Hub into the ONT and everything should just work, but the Eero Hub you have will be limited to 1gbps with it's Ethernet port. You could use an Eero Pro 6e which has a single 2.5 gb Ethernet port, this would giv

Networking issue on Ethernet
Correct. It looks like the Eero Pro 6E has two ports built-in so the simplest solution is to just go from Internet (modem/ONT/whatever) to Eero and then plug a switch into the Eero’s second Ethernet port. Don’t introduce another router into the mix if you don’t have to.

2Gb Internet upgrade
Ethernet wired connections are the best. Second would be MoCA. Last would be wifi mesh backhaul. The Eero PoE Gateway is the perfect device to connect to your ISP connection. You don't need to use the PoE functionality...but the (8) 2.5Gbps ports and (2) 10Gbps ports are useful. Do you need to use t

Renewed Contract
I had the Eero 6+ and an Eero 6, Mesh when I took out my first 18th month contract, in the TrustPilot reviews they said at renewal to cancel the Mesh and they let you keep them both. So I cancelled the Mesh and they did let me keep the units, but that was over a year ago. Since then I bought my own

Fixing eero mesh backhaul with MoCA over old DirecTV coax — sanity check before I wire it up?
not an ISP issue It would be useful to start with a baseline performance test of the ISP feed, testing both a GigE-capable computer wired directly to the ONT/modem and wired to an Ethernet LAN port of the primary router. (These should be the same, and should match your subscribed rates.) Aside from

You 2000 WI-FI 7 Router - Which WI-FI booster works best?
Unfortunately the YouFibre hub is a downgrade, compared to the reliable Eeros. I kept the Eero's and originally replaced the YouFibre Hub with an Eero Pro 6e, though I now swapped it to an Eero Pro 7. Eero’s work good with You2000; If your building a 2 Gbps wired network you need any Eero 7, but ide

2gb fiber upgrade
I really question what you’re doing where you’d notice an improvement from 1 to 2.5gb, but you do you. And note that while the Eero Pro 6e does support 2.5gb internet, it has no 2.5gb LAN ports to use. So your aggregate speed of 1gb LAN plus WiFi could use the full 2.5gb, but no single wired connect

Just received my eero pro 6e device and need advice
How many ports do you need for wired devices (only 1 or more than 1)? That is important to decide what to replace the Pro 6e with. An eero Pro 7 (which I much prefer over the 6e if the Max 7 is too expensive) has two 5Gbps ports). But if you need to connect via ethernet more than one device you can
