I can never go back to LED

For context, I'm a tech freak an compulsive buyer, so I'm not a good exemple. For 10.3-ish I bought : Viwoods Aipaper (for note taking and productivity) BOOX Note Air 5C(for overall media consumption without too much distractions). I bought the Boox first, but I prefer the Viwoods. More focused, bes

I am so fed up.

You should try a eink phone it's really so much more comfortable than normal screens. It's the most basic screen you can ever get. Can use it without it's front light and it doesn't have a polarizer. The big me hibreak pro, hibreak s and the minimal phone are the full Google play smartphones that us

Recommend smartphone form factor Eink please

Ive recently picked up the Durobo Krono which Ive been impressed with. Essentially a Boox Palma 2 (b&w) with a few differences such as scroll wheel, no camera, newer but more stripped back Android.

Is Boox Palma 2 the only phone/pocketable eink reader that’s not (complete) garbage?

Another newer option is the Durobo Krono. Check their website and You Tube. Got one about 3 weeks ago and really enjoy it

The eink screen is very clear and there is a dimmable front light. So as well as its inbuilt ebook reader and audio player it allows downloading apps from the Goo

This little guy singlehandedly got me out of my reading slump!

Totally get it. The Durobo Krono did the same for me.

X4 gateway drug victim

I have the DuRoBo Krono and I'm loving it. They continue to update the software and seem to be listening to user feedback. That said, there's still more refinement needed. The dial works well with their native Read app. I've had problems with it using Google Play Books, though - just not responding

Best phone sized e-reader that can go online?

If you can't find the Palma 2, take a look at the Durobo Krono. It's basically a newer Palma 2 clone (same screen, processor, ram etc, built in the same factory) adding a very nice scrollwheel (but has no micro USB support). Has Google playstore already installed and uses a newer version of Android
