New PC specs. Any reason to change anything?

AM5 CPUs don't work super well with 4 sticks of RAM. You'll need to reduce the speeds a lot to make the system stable. Much bettter to get 2x32GB. Also, if you're going to go full high-end, might as well got with a Gen5 SSD. The Crucial T705 has come down in price a lot recently.

Wait for 9850x3D or buy 9800x3D/9950x3D now? First time building gaming PC

Sure thing. I have one gen5 SSD (crucial T705) and one Western digital gen4 SSD. 4GB each. A few games load maybe a second faster at best on the gen5 vs. the gen4 drive. Nothing earth shattering. The reason being that the games still only use 8 cores at most when loading levels, so even though the G

Need help finalizing all white pc build

It's actually up like $30 from where it was a week ago. Ssd and ram prices have both been spiking the last couple months. WD sn850x, Crucial t705 are a bit more reasonably priced for 2tb models than a 990 pro currently. Sn850x is equivalent to a 990 pro, t705 is a gen 5. Oh and you're definitely goi

Need quick advice on PSU + cooler for my build

No problems with the cooler and psu thermalright peerless assassin and phantom spirit variant are great for x3d cpu because of how efficient they are and the montech century 2 1050w is an A rated psu you could get a 1200w but you don’t really need it. The only problem is the ssd completely overprice

Best SSD 2TB which? Gen4/Gen5

Looks like a solid drive. Would prob view some review sites for sure. The crucial T705 comes in a bit better, but may have a bigger price tag. https://www.tomshardware.com/pc-components/ssds/acer-predator-gm9000-2tb-ssd-review/2

Creative first pc, any feedback? My friend lives in India, works on Game engines and does programming design, 3Lakh INR budget, for air cool alternative i was thinking noctua d15 g2 or Deepcool Vapour chamber cooler.

This may be a long comment but I hope this will help you, take your time and read it fully and make your choices. Since productivity is one of your priorities no comments on the processor. Talking about the motherboard of choice, in isolation the motherboard is really good. But the Service and RMA s

Wait for 9850x3D or buy 9800x3D/9950x3D now? First time building gaming PC

Yeh the Crucial T705 has been great for me, and I've had no cooling issues thanks to my board having that heat plate to dissipate all the heat on it. My case has a giant 220mm fan on the side panel blowing directly at the plate, so I never have issues with it staying cool. Looks like the X870E carbo

Could someone please help with finding out if the ram and motherboard are definitely compatible in this build? I also think my cooler does not allow enough ram clearance.

Uhh you just need to put the fan bit higher else should be fine atleast from my experience it is like that. Also we are talking about the G2 version right ? I think we need to swap the case to something like wider because as far as I know because it is tall. No worries I think I can do some better a

Do I get a new PC or Upgrade this one

New PC. The best thing to reuse is ram, with the current prices, but DDR3 is too old. You've got two monitors but it may not be the worst idea in the world to upgrade one. You'll want to be able to take advantage of your new, over 60fps, life. I have included a 27" 1440p 180hz HDR 1000 monitor. For
