Anyone else happy to move on from a robot litterbox and return to box-scooping servitude, or is that just me?
That and an air purifier has cut odor for me by more than 90%. Huge win. Gonna try switching the plastic scoop to metal next. edit: for everyone asking which air purifier: I got the Coway AirMega 150 for another purpose, but it's overkill. You can get something that doesn't cost as much that will do

How many have air purifiers running nonstop?
I have a Coway airmega and it’s a beast. Highly recommend. It wasn’t cheap but I got a good deal on it Black Friday a few years ago.

Cooking smells from basement tenant
Dyson is expensive and doesn’t perform better on any test that I’ve seen. Coway Airmega is cheaper and continually wins accolades. It has a green (I think) pre-filter to handle odors.

Is anyone else experiencing eye & throat irritation from the smoke & horrible air quality?
This one is considered the “best” “COWAY Airmega Mighty2 Air Purifier, Next Gen of AP-1512HH, for Large Room & Home Cleans up to 1,800 ft², IEST certified HEPA and Active Carbon for Allergies, Smoke, Dust, Pets & Mold, AP-1512N(BG)” But it’s pricey. I also have this one: LEVOIT Air Purifier for Home

Quiet air purifier for bedroom
Yeah, Dyson is largely overpriced junk with a big marketing budget. Most common purifier brands have little activated carbon or other sorbent media for gases/vapors/odors/VOCs. Instead, they're designed for particulates. Generally if you need to filter particulates and gases/vapors/odors/VOCs, we us

Request for a recommended air purifier
Honestly for 100$ I would look for a used coway airmega on marketplace. You can get great deals on them and get way more bang for your buck. Yes I'd keep it running 24/7

Found an Airmega ProX for 50% off
Fantastic unit, nice catch. Although slightly expensive, coway does some biiig sales several times a year (last one was available up until last week, you could get it for around $650), lowest I have seen was around $600. Not trying to make you feel guilty about the decision but, if the smell does no

Decision paralysis! Coway AirMega Mighty vs Levoit 200S-P?
No you don't need the official Hepa grade, Levoits are excellent at cleaning particulates from the air...as seen in recent testing. The thing is though - every brand is not "HEPA" pretty much, according to that metric apparently, as multiple top brands have all been sued for the same thing. (Winix,

Facebook market place coway airmega 300 for 150$ 3 years old, good deal? Or pass?
There are some on Amazon for that price. I didn’t mention the warranty, but a quick Google search pulls up five years of warranty on new 300 units. I pulled the trigger this year on four Coway units: two 400 and two 250S. Super happy with the quality and performance. For the first time in years, I c

Rabbit air vs blue air vs Coway
With that budget the best option would be a Coway ProX as it's around $650 at the moment in beige. https://cowaymega.com/products/airmega-prox Just the filter replacement costs are still high, but for particulates you probably only need to change every 2 years. The Coway ProX is better than the Cowa
