Which would you choose between these two?
I have the K8 Plus. The 6800H is a completely different processor from 2022. The 8845HS is newer with more powerful 780M integrated graphics from 2024. The Beelink SER5 MAX has soldered memory and no USB4. The K8 Plus has OCuLink and other features. The K8 Plus is more powerful and more future proof

Cheap mini pc that won't die on me?
My Beelink ser5 max just blew up after 9 months. Bought through Amazon. Their warranty is only 1 year but I am receiving a full refund and got to keep the ssd with all my data

Beelink SER5 Max, false advertisement on 6800U/H TDP and performance
Didn't realized you post it here too, since here is my main sub. Copypasta from my reply on Beelink sub -> Yeah, this appears to be something smartshift related misconfiguration in BIOS. The [SMU] logic that controls the power allocation to both CPU and GPU, not allowing CPU+GPU to access full syste

PC illiterate - Help on finding a mini
The problem with the Beelink SER5 MAX 7735HS beyond the rebadged 6800H processor is the cost cutting lack of USB4 and the fact it's never been listed on the official website. I've also read that these 24GB LPDDR5 memory Beelink minis have problems like this. https://www.reddit.com/r/MiniPCs/s/rECBW7

Beelink SER5 a good buy?
I just purchased a Beelink SER5 MAX Mini PC, AMD Ryzen 7 6800U and I am returning it. I started it, got it working and now it's constantly hanging/rebooting. Hopefully yours with a different processor is a bit better. Supposedly this is a known issue and yet Beelink happily sends these units out.

Best barebones minipc
5500u for $389 barebones is pretty overpriced, you can get an openboxed Beelink SER5 5500u 16gb/500gb at $250-300 range

Not happy with Beelink warranty handling. Is it the same with other brands?
If I hadn’t this experience from working with mechanical keyboards I’d also have been pissed with my Beelink experience. I bought an SER5 a few years back and it randomly wouldn’t POST. After confirming it needed warranty replacement I was asked to ship it at my expense, and told to expect a free up

This $559 Mini PC Has Surprisingly Powerful Graphics! [GMKTEC K17 Review]
I just spoke with someone earlier today when we were talking about the Beelink Ser5 and how it was basically a nice little machine for 250$ two years ago. It is 400$ now. I would not pay 400$ for it today. Nor would I pay 600$ for this now. The price of this stuff is so inflated I would sooner go wi

whats the best performance mini pc yet still cheap
The Beelink SER5 is a budget model without standard features like USB4 that's not available from their official website. From what I've read it technically should be an "SER6 LP" using Beelink's official nomenclature The 6800H with Radeon 680M integrated graphics is okay but the RX 760M graphics fro
