Handheld: AYN Odin 2 Portal Couch: Xbox Series S/X

I’ve had both devices and honestly Xbox Ally X is not considered a small device. All of them in this category are relatively large. An actual portable 7” display handheld is something like the AYN Odin 2 Portal. Hopeful that windows handhelds can get closer to that kind of form factor.

I'm looking for the same. I just ordered the ayn odin2 portal to try out. It seems to check all the boxes but it's only 1080p. I love how thin and light it is. I have also been using a split controller grip with my phone but the screen is too small. I considered the Astra but seems expensive... May

If mainly for streaming, definitely go for Android handheld. It is lightweight, portable, battery last longer, great screen (AYN). I would recommend Odin 3 or Odin 2 Portal. If you get Odin 3, you could emulate some PC games using GameNative.

In terms of specs I wouldn't go under a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for an android handheld or a Z1E for a PC handheld. I would recommend the ayn Odin 2 portal. It's only a 7" screen, but it's OLED and beautiful. And since it is Android you can use the Artemis app instead of moonlight which has enhancements. It's lightweight and just overall a wonderful streaming device.

I just ordered an Ayn Thor and an Ayn Odin2 Portal. I am planning to use the Thor for DS emulation mostly. I was going to use steam link with the Odin2 Portal for playing Steam games. I have an MSi Claw 7; which I am currently trying to sell because it's too large, heavy, and uncomfortable to hold.
