I don't have the Xbox ally but I have the msi claw 8 ai, and it runs the Xbox front end just the same. I'm 40, and a new first time dad. If it wasnt for handheld gaming id be out of the hobby. honestly i can't answer your question, because i took the five minutes to google how tonset up the MSI Claw and everything runs great. I love that you didn't do that butbinstead went on the internet to complain. You should probably return both and get a fidget spinner
