What 32-inch glossy monitors are currently available that can match the brightness and contrast of Macbook Pros?

The pro display XDR I believe is one of the few. First of all 4K is not going to be as good as the pixel density on the MacBook Pro but if you’re targeting just 4K, I would probably look into a good mini LED monitor. The issue is that the MacBook Pro has a huge number of dimming zones on a very smal

Studio Display or Kuycon G32P?

Not sure what you mean "how well does it integrate with a Mac"? - It doesn't have speakers or a webcam, so those aren't issues.- It works well with Better Display or MonitorControl, so Brightness levels can be keyboard controlled.- It is a 6k, 32" monitor, so it has perfect retina scaling.- It conne

Best Monitor for Print Photography (Eizo CG2700X or Apple Studio Display XDR)

The Studio Display XDR seems really impressive and we’ll need to see how well the mini LED tech performs as it is constantly getting better and I would expect Apple to have a good algorithm. If you can’t tell the difference between it and an OLED then it would almost be a perfect display. I don’t th

Is OLED burn-in a significant risk with the newer iPad Pro models? Is the Air better for screen longevity?

Because lots here on reddit don't seem to believe burn-in is still possible on OLED LOL. Just less likely with improved OLED panels but as you can see here definitely possible even on latest tandem OLED panels. Here's an example of some really bad burn-in on an OLED iPad iPad Pro M4 signs of burn-in

Studio Display XDR owners, what are your opinions on the display?

Got mine for some days now, paired with my 14" M3 Max MacBook Pro. I got the glossy one, because Nano Texture ruins sharpness for me and I really don't need it either. I work with photo and video, doing editing and color, and I am very very sensitive to picture quality. I have to say that overall is

Studio Display or Kuycon G32P?

I've been on the exact same journey, so maybe my experience will save you some time (and returns). I wanted to upgrade from my ASD to something bigger/better, so I tried a few options along the way: Kuycon G32P — Bought it, returned it. Three major issues for me: terrible panel uniformity (edges not

Is there any monitor that can match Apple Liquid Retina XDR display

Late to the party but had the same wish. I bought a high end miniLED IPS screen with 1152 local dimming zones. It still can't match the macbook pros screen. Maybe the problem is that my desktop PC was on windows, which is notably bad when it comes to HDR. So I stuck using SDR. When using SDR local d

PG32UCDM vs Studio Display XDR

Oh man. My journey with Apple monitors was a mess. I splurged for Pro Display XDR back in days and got 6 replacements and the panel was horrible. I was picky ngl, but having just a mid grey colour you can see the uniformity issues all around. Apple refunded it eventually and I waited for an update.

32” Monitor for Mac Studio: Buy now or wait for CES/WWDC 2026?

Yeah, plus the better PQ the Apple will have, I mean watching video of the Kuycon next to the old 32” Pro Display XDR and the Pro Display clearly has better PQ. Plus I was looking at Kef speakers and stands which as I am in the UK cost around £1300, add that to the roughly £1300 Kuycon monitor price

Studio Display (2026) vs. Studio Display XDR vs. Alternatives

I'll be honest, I've always wanted the Studio Display but it's always been well out of my budget. About 5 years ago I think bought a Dell UltraSharp 27" 4K which was a massive upgrade coming from a crappy AOC 24" 1080p TN panel. As I use my parents M4 iMac when visiting them I do notice the amount of
