I’ve engaged Apple about it but lots of posts about this with 2 Studio Display XDRs. They should be able to both run at 60 at a minimum and having 2 only lights up on an m4 pro. I have 2 machines and swap between an m4 pro for work and an m4 max for personal use and the max is perfect on all cases.

27 inch 5K or 32 inch 6k is basically necessary if you want good scaling on macOS. At least if you want to use it at 1440 and not 1080 which I feel is just too big.
