What’s your budget? I run the Apple Studio Display XDR and it’s quite frankly the best monitor money can buy for a Mac.

When are you guys going to fix HDR capability for the Apple studio display XDR? Was working in 591.86? Fix the EDID handshake with the monitor please...

I know it’s a Thunderbolt 5 port in the Studio Display XDR, but your MacBook only has a Thunderbolt 4. You should be able to connect the display through the dock to your computer instead of the other way around without any issues. I would give that a try as well. Edit: I take it back. The M4 Pro doe
