If you can afford it, yes. Anyone who tells you otherwise doesn't have an OLED. I recommend you avoid QD-OLEDs though. QD-OLEDs have more issues in my opinion compared to WOLEDs. I recently returned an Alienware AW2725D QD-OLED monitor, and I can't recommend QD-OLEDs after experiencing their purple

Need help to reduce cost with minimal performance loss.
I'd recommend you go for B850 Aorus elite wifi7 motherboard instead. It's top of the line B850 board which will easily handle overclocking even with ryzen 9 CPUs. It also has a much better I/O selection except it lacks the USB 4 port which imho you can easily live without. As others have suggested,

OLED, but get a WOLED instead of a QD-OLED. WOLEDs like the GIGABYTE MO27Q28G, ASUS XG27AQWMG, ASUS XG27AQDMGR, etc. QD-OLEDs have more issues in my opinion compared to WOLEDs.
