Best tiny client for 4k 120+hz

I see a lot of people suggest NUC PCs with Radeon GPUs in them. I'm not sure how much that has improved over the last couple of years but the last time I tried a NUC with a radeon GPU in it, the decode latency was awful. Like 20+ ms. So nearly unusable even though it supposedly supported AV1 and HEV

CyberGeek Brand

Cybergeek has a decent but unremarkable 30 day return policy and 1 year warranty. I see nothing bad with them. It is a very small brand with 3-4 models for sale and nothing using a recent processor. You are looking at the Nano L1 Zen 2+ 5700U model. Other than the minimalist white aesthetic, it does

AceMagic in 2025

My general recommendation for everyone buying prebuilt computers from any brand is to reinstall the OS because it is free and easy to do. Alternatively, for the incredibly lazy, run a windows full scan or malwarebyte scan which are free to use. Otherwise, I have been testing the Acemagic F3A, F1A, a

Deal on a 1280x800?

Based on the requirements for GSPro we need a PC with To run GSPro, you need a Windows 10/11 PC with at least an Intel i5 processor, 16GB RAM, a dedicated GPU (like an NVIDIA GTX 1070/RTX 3060 or better for 1080p, or RTX 3080 for 4K), and around 10-20GB of storage, plus a strong internet connection.

Best options for mini gaming pcs under 400$?

A mini pc with a 6800h or maybe a 7840hs is around that price right now, that will play most games at 1080p just fine. The acemagic m1 is actually under 400 rn. Or for about 75-100$ more you can get an 8845hs which is even better and runs pretty much any game at 1080p or higher great.

Should I be super concerned about what’s going on right now?

I also bought one a few weeks ago....32GB RAM and 1TB SSD. I have the AceMagic M1 (i7-1300HK) running Ubuntu and it serves my needs very well. I'm quite happy with it.

Would you give up on running Plex altogether, or ditch the mini PC idea and just deal with

Yeah, I might end up doing what you said. I originally picked the Acemagic M1 ‘cause it’s super compact but still lets you expand a bunch. Small form factor, but it’s got solid performance more than enough for me to mess around and explore stuff. Runs pretty quiet too. Hoping it turns out to be a go
