New Chef's Knife (Zwilling Pro)
The Zwilling Pro Rocking Santoku is a bit shorter length with a bit taller profile and has a lower tip. And I thought the k-tip looked cool. I like the handle and bolster on the Zwilling Pro. Although I wouldn't recommend doing so to just anyone, I've chopped through chicken thigh bones without issue using my Zwilling Pro 7 inch Rocking Santoku.
