Those builds are good. If you go for the highest end one, I'd customize it by taking the WD sn850x ssd and removing windows license to save £200.

Don't get the one with the heatsink. Your motherboard heatsink will cool it fine. If your motherboard doesn't have an m.2 heatsink, then buy a $10 thermalright or bequiet heatsink as those will outperform the stock WDBlack heatsink and will give you the option to move that drive around later. I use
