need santoku recommendations for my boyfriend

I currently own a Victorinox 8 inch chefs knife that I really dislike, it feels super clumsy and too big for me. I also seem to prefer 'straight' cutting rather than rocking like is what's recommended for european chef's knives so have looked at Santokus. If I were to get that knife, is it sacrilege

which one ? wüsthof icon 8 Victorinox 5.2063.20 and ZWILLING Pro 8-inch

I prefer Wusthof knives to Victorinox knives. I had a couple of Victorinox fishing knives with Fibrox handles years
