I hope Valve does not change much on Steam Deck 2

if the hardware and development teams at Valve, which gave us the quality of the SD, finds design/ergonomic improvements to make in a SD2... I hope they don't get dissuaded from making those changes from random reddit posts.

I can’t believe that animal crossing is on the vita now 🫪

It looks amazing on such a small screen. Even better on the OLED. I have a Steam Deck but there's just something I always miss about when handhelds were smaller.

OS distribution in Steam from March 2024 to March 2026

What I'm going to say may be controversial in this sub, but I don't see the Steam Machine making a big difference here, the Steam Deck, even though not produced for retailers like other devices, had the advantage of being portable, which is arguably more appealing to the masses (and easier to justif

Buys Thor > Plays something he could have played better on a Steam Deck

THIS. I went to work with the steam deck case in my bag and it just takes so much space... amazing device, but the Thor is just better in that regard.

What convinced you to get your Steam Deck?

Sometimes I don't want to be in my setup and I just want to be in the couch with GF and the dogs. Or just dock it to the TV and play together. Also, It's very useful to play when we travel to visit her parents or my parents. I love my Switch and also works for that but sith SD I have all my PC libra

Valve customs record suggest first large shipment of 2026 Steam Controller

I think they've done a lot of testing on comfort anyways. Despite the bulk I'm sure they've laid it out to be as comfortable as possible. I was worried about the comfort of my steam deck and was surprised at how natural it felt to hold it and use not only the track pads but also the thumb sticks. Ne

I think I made a mistake buying the Lenovo Go S (but not how you think)

I was the complete opposite, spend nearly a grand on building a gaming rig, coming from consoles fell in love with pc gaming however since getting a steam deck and then a legion go 2, my desktop pc never gets used now, just love gaming while relaxing on the sofa

Feeling lucky or rich

My biggest gripe with my Claw is the ergonomics are the worst of the flagship handhelds, but I got some 3D printed grips from Etsy that make it feel like a Steam Deck. Loving it now!

Steam Remote play is a whole entire reason to get a steamdeck!

First of all steam deck oled display is better than most of the even expensive oled monitors, although my monitor is still better. Secondly it's more relaxing to play lying down on a couch or in bed. Im 31 years old with a full time job, come home around 1700, do daily chores and time is 19-2000. Pl
