Steam deck stolen by UPS twice. Steam support unhelpful

As much as I love the SD this is such a common problem it’s ridiculous. This could be (mostly) remedied if Valve just didn’t use the most obvious packaging ever.

I hope Valve does not change much on Steam Deck 2

if the hardware and development teams at Valve, which gave us the quality of the SD, finds design/ergonomic improvements to make in a SD2... I hope they don't get dissuaded from making those changes from random reddit posts.

Steam Hardware - Steam Controller: It's almost here!

I’m gonna hold off until the Steam Machine releases so I can get them in a bundle. SD is my only device atm so I’m in no rush. But it looks great, the price isn’t good but I personally think it’s fairly expected given the state of things and the quality it seems to display. I can’t be considered a f

Szerintetek melyik jelenleg a legjobb kézi konzol?

A SteamOS bru

Steam Hardware - Steam Controller: It's almost here!

Hmm… PS6 would probs be more powerful and have those exclusives etc… but what I like about Valve and SD is the freedom to alter it as you wish and the PC of it all. At that point I might as well build my own PC. I’d only be getting it because it’s in the Valve ecosystem. The smarter choice would be

How to detect a bloated battery?

Not as common as you seem to think… The large majority of the world has no issues at all. But it usually becomes obvious when the steam deck starts splitting open on its own. No need to be paranoid. Just use the device normally and only check it out (open the device) if you can see physical issues o

What non-gaming tasks are you actually using your Steam Deck for?

Same here. It's my daily driver since my PC pooped out on me like a year ago. With the prices of components now, I'm sticking with it until a Steam Deck 2 comes out.

The Price is Right game

There are some things you are forgetting. The Quest 3 is been sold at a break even price, no margins at all. The Steam Frame price isn't been subsidised by Valve. Even with a very modest margin of 20% that puts the Steam Frame at more than the €649 you guessed. And that's if the specs were exactly t

Valve Says It's 'Hard at Work' on Steam Deck 2, but There's Still No Release Window

I think all ARM devices are hamstrung by how fragmented x86 to ARM translation layers are currently. When the Steam Deck was released, it went through very similar teething issues translating Windows to Linux. I think it's a very meaningful theoretical comparison on performance considering the cooli

Hello, just got my rog ally x yesterday, I though giving chance to window, but to be honest it’s pathetic,

I’ve been using it since the original Ally, if you think this is bad lol… it used to be horrible. I just upgraded a few weeks ago and this one is a much better experience. Love the performance and the form factor (I have an ally x as well and this one doesn’t cramp my hand nearly as much). I at leas
