Is dehydration really a big deal?
Also, I was using a sugar free hydration powder and high was essentially useless. Your body needs the sugar I guess to be the carrier/transporter of the electrolytes you’re trying to replace. So I had to stop Ultima Replenisher and stick to Liquid IV and DripDrop

Give magnesium oxide a try if you can. I once had to take many capsules above the serving suggestion, but it was far more comfortable to me than drinking magnesium citrate blends for emergency help, because magnesium citrate in any form always makes me feel dehydrated.
