You bought the wrong NAS, DXP2800 is the model to go for 3rd party apps. The DH2300 has 4GBs of ram soldered and a Rockchip RK3576 which likely won't have support for it's media and AI accelerators natively in all those apps. So they'll run like crap. How would you rate your experience with your UGREEN NAS so far?
I’m… 50/50. I am happy with my dh2300 but I’m not happy that it feels generic. I’m seeing videos on installing apps and all I get are the basic apps. That’s on me though. Think I got the wrong one. Does the dh2300 do what it says? Yes absolutely however I should’ve went with a different model. With
