I ran into a few quirks using the WiFiMan app to connect back to my Unifi network (see this thread). On my iPhone I had to toggle the tunnel on/off a couple of times and then fully close/open the app once or twice before routing would propagate. That might be something to try in your setup as well.

Poor Read/write Performance on 4800+ with Raid10
No joke. It's been a long work in progress. Last year, you couldn't even add drives to expand the array because it was so janky.
