Omg that’s horrible!! I wonder if that’s the case in other Turin legato machines.

Someone here recently posted an alarming level lead content coming out of their Turin Legato, so I’d say stick with the Bambino, or get the Plus for yourself…

yes us again! Round three on this: A threaded insert of proper bore but it's got to be a thin diameter to fit in the housing hole the screw occupies. or fuel line hose pushed over the screw --my take on this is it will be ugly as thin wire would be wrapped around the screw threads a bit to insure th

Here in the USA-we have a similar problem --the Turin Legato V2 is sold by Espresso Outlet and they handle parts and service. So it's kind of a 1 horse race if I need a part. That said I have connections in Asia and could go winnowing about for Gemilai parts which are easily found there -- My guess

I returned my Turin Legato v2 to get a Bambino Plus. Frankly - I enjoyed the Legato, the build quality is nice and the heat up time was fast enough for me to make coffee first thing in the morning. They do still seem to have QC issues. My machine just wasn't able to get up to pressure, no matter wha

It's not leaking, all these V2 (Turin Legato V2 and Micoffee Apex V2) have this running water during the pause until the end of the pause. yes it likely reduces a bit as the pressure is building but it's binary--it should go off when preinfusion is done, period.

You're 100% right. I'm a new Turin Legato v2 owner and this is the first thing I played with and noticed. Water should stop after preinfusion and doesn't. It should automate just like the automatic function shuts off, just like manual responds to a button touch to stop manual . did you figure anythi

Very very true. New turin legato V2 owner here and it's the first thing I noticed. People on Youtube (reviewers, famous and medium famous) acted as is if preinfusion and pause didn't disrupt the rest of the brew process. I had a simple mindset. I'm heading to 36ml/grams of output but why is my espre

The Turin Legato V2 does not give proper preinfusion. Run your preinfusion with 4 seconds. Set a 10 second pause. The pause , by definition should have no water running, especially without a portafilter attached. Water drippes for the entire 14 seconds . With a portafilter in--yes it holds pressure-

It's part of the brew time , especially with the Turin Legato V2--why? Easy--the V2 even with the fixed solenoid is releasing water still onto the coffee--you're getting volume of espresso. My advice (besides fiddling for taste) is to use a scale under your automatic setting with P1 and P2 and when
