yes us again! Round three on this: A threaded insert of proper bore but it's got to be a thin diameter to fit in the housing hole the screw occupies. or fuel line hose pushed over the screw --my take on this is it will be ugly as thin wire would be wrapped around the screw threads a bit to insure th

I returned my Turin Legato v2 to get a Bambino Plus. Frankly - I enjoyed the Legato, the build quality is nice and the heat up time was fast enough for me to make coffee first thing in the morning. They do still seem to have QC issues. My machine just wasn't able to get up to pressure, no matter wha

Very very true. New turin legato V2 owner here and it's the first thing I noticed. People on Youtube (reviewers, famous and medium famous) acted as is if preinfusion and pause didn't disrupt the rest of the brew process. I had a simple mindset. Turin Legato V2 owner here. Any findings with using P1 for preinfusion. P1 and P2 on the V2 machines (yours too) --they are redundant. P2 also has water flowing (it was understood to be a pause after P1--it doesn't work as such. Granted V2 machines hold the pressure at 3 bars so we get a low soak pr

It works fine for folks that bought an earlier V2 (see Lance Hedrick's video or Aaron from Espresso Outlet and they'd talk about this screw becoming loose). If you had an earlier Turin Legato V2 the flow adjustment screw would continue loosening to the point it dangled far enough below the housing t
