I use sunwarrior creatine monohydrate packets, trace minerals power paks, and cold water infusion teas. I swear, these (in addition to a careful diet that works for me) are what keep me alive!

Gatorade only has potassium and sodium, which is helpful, but the one I like is Electrolyte Stamina Power Pak. It has 8 different electrolyte/minerals and a trace mineral blend also.
