The trace minerals PowerPak electrolyte packs are my absolute favorite!

Depends on the allergies. My family keeps a box of Trace Minerals Power Pak electrolyte additives in the cabinet. They’re compact, shelf stable, and don’t mess with any of our dueling allergies.
