Well, if you ran CAT6 why scrimp on the router? OP never asked "is it worth it" but "will I regret it." If money is the deciding factor, i don't think they would be asking the question. They are stoked over getting 10G fiber. That suggests either they bought into marketing hype or believe they may have a use for that bandwidth, otherwise why pay
