DECOs are hot garbage
We have 8 Deco XE75 Pros here and they have been great. Some wired, some not. One wired, then wireless, then wired. I just commented to my wife the other day how I rarely even think about our big mesh network now.

Thank you google
I want to thank google developers. You see...for the past 5 years I've been using google wifi mesh and google nest mesh devices to push my internet through my home. They do work very decently but my mesh is wifi 5 set up and my isp is wifi 6(tri band router/modem).
I started looking at a new wif

Deco 6e Performance
I have 2 Deco XE75 units. The primary is obviously hardwired to the modem. The 2nd unit is hardwired upstairs. At the wall port I get 500+ Mbps, which exceeds what I pay for through Spectrum. When I hardwire to the 2nd Deco port I don't even get 100 Mbps. What could be going on and possible sol

can anyone help me understand why the speediest on the Nest WiFi pro links good, but what it broadcasts is so shit?
Replace my first gen pucks with TP-link Deco XE75s. Very happy with them, ran both with a wired backhaul.

My personal views on very reliable mesh setups..in my opinion!
I have been using mesh systems in the same 2300sqft 3 story home for over 12 yrs.
In this succession.
- Google wifi (5 pods) ac1200 2.Google Nest Mesh ac2200 (3 pods)
- Orbi 3000 rb750 (2 pods) 4.Deco xe75 pro -(3 pods with 2 x20 piggy backs)
I'm going to just try and keep this short and tight.

AirPlay woes with new Deco setup
I finally got fed up of ISP provided WiFi gear and treated our household to a new setup. After doing some research I opted for the Deco XE75 Pro kit with three nodes.
Since I run an OpenWRT router, I configured the Decos in AP mode. Each node is connected to the router via gigabit Ethernet and the

Solution to download speed problems with Starlink v3.0 kit and TPLink Deco XE75 mesh...
edited because it wasn't the port
I just setup and new Starlink v3.0 kit and got ~280Mbps downloads. But when I put the Starlink router into bypass mode and connected to the Deco, I wasn't getting more than 89-90 Mbps download speed.
The problem wasn't the cable, but the port on the Deco QoS se

Eternal wait for the XE75 firmware update
This post is essentially meant to express my profound regret for purchasing the Deco XE75. I had been using the M5 for five years, and while I was generally satisfied with its performance, its coverage was quite limited. Consequently, I decided to upgrade to the three-pack XE75, which offered improv

I have 3x Deco M4 mesh WiFi. I need to use VPN on my router so Iām thinking about buying TP-Link Archer BE230 WiFi 7 as main router and use the 3x Deco M4 as extenders through access point. Is it possible?
Very few devices use Wifi 7. If at all. It is the similar case for 6E too. I would recommend the Deco XE75 Pro (AX54000 series) supports input ethernet of 2.5gpbs speeds. If your internet speeds there is not much you can do. Changing your devices just for the VPN would not help. Do you use any of yo
