Depends on your budget and internet speed. As an other poster said you’d want one AP per floor. Get a 3 pack of TP Link deco- X55 or X75 would be fine or if you want more future proof then BE63 or similar. Should be in the 200-500 euro range. Omada and Unifi are better solutions, require a bit more

I just purchased a new TP-Link Deco X55 system, which is Wi-Fi 6, a month ago. Maybe that was an unwise choice? But then again, my internet is 300 Mbps, so maybe it doesn't matter as much?

The Deco X55 is not going to be the right product for you. Especially in comparison with an Eero 7, which is a Wi-Fi 7 product.
