Terrible Customer Service

I have 2 Deco X55 units. The December update added the QoS option, which was activated by default. It caused a lot of connectivity problems. I disabled QoS by going to Settings -> More. I still see the main unit's red light go on for a few seconds sometimes, but there is no loss of connectivity.

TP-Link Deco X55 Keeps Rebooting

I was having issues with the X55 in my mixed Deco network causing my Wyze non-camera IoTs to be dropped off the network. The final straw was upon rebooting the network, the X55 kept going from green for about 30 seconds to flashing red for a couple minutes back and forth. I removed the X55 completel

Deco x55 speed issues

I've had nothing but problems when I added an X55 to my Deco mesh and no problems after removing it. Search this sub for X55 and see how many issues people post. Ditch the X55 and get a different model.

Moving from Deco to Ubiquiti

I moved from a Deco X55 mesh system last year. But I only used two of the three nodes I had. The management was the worst part. I absolutely hated how you are forced to use a mobile app for everything. The browser interface was very barebones. It made troubleshooting any issues very frustrating beca

Deco X55 crashes 1-2 times/day

Leave the Device Info screen open for longer. Like about a minute or more because from what I have seen, because it's loading that information, it spikes the CPU and Memory and then it drops down while you have that information open. Mine drops substantially. I have 5 devices connected (all X55) and

TP-Link Deco X55 Keeps Rebooting

How many devices are on your network (just connected, in total)? I'd had ~65 devices on my 4-node, hardwired-backhaul X55 system (and my own router, the Decos were in AP mode) and my system would reboot quite often (and refreshing the client list in the app essentially guaranteed it). Had all update

Tplink deco x55 hrdw ver 1.26 keeps dropping my cameras

Any update on this? Did that work? I have an X55 setup and some AMCREST cams and they drop constantly. I had Deco S4's prior to upgrading and my cams worked flawlessly. Now I can't depend on them to save my life. I was thinking of creating an Iot network just for my cams.
