Mine loses internet connection if I click on “internet settings” within the app. And yes it’s up to date. Only way to get the internet back is to unplug the Ethernet cord from the WAN and plug it back in. That fixes it. Also does this if any changes to DNS is made. Deco X20 v4.6 here.

Does this firmware apply to any Deco? I have the Deco X20 and I'm having the exact same issue with my Ecobee 3 lite.

Im paying for 1gb fibre and have hooked up a tp link deco x20 directly to the ONT in place of the router provided, it works well but im only getting 500mb instead of the advertised 1gb whilst im stood right in front of the deco… what device

Thanks for your reply! I’ve done a bit of testing so far: My Deco system is in Router Mode (I tried Access Point Mode too, but it didn’t resolve the issue).
