Deco X20 or X50, according to your budget. With Ethernet backhaul, and many obstacles to wifi transmission, best to have more "cheap" units than fewer more powerful units.

these spools of wire labeled “not copper”
I already have a 2.5 Gb/s switch (10 Gb/s WAN, and 2.5 Gb/s for each LAN connection) and my house is wired throughout with cat5e (commonly used when the house was built twenty years ago). It's not ideal but it can handle 2.5 to 5.0 Gb/s over shorter runs (less than 150 ft), and I don't think there a

I need a wireless WiFi extender
I’d definitely go with a mesh wifi router system. You can add and remove nodes as needed to get the coverage you need and it keeps the same network ssid. General wifi “extenders” arent great and they create a new network ssid you have to connect to. I have the TP Link Deco x20 units and like them.

pple’s AWDL/AirDrop bullshit makes a $4,000 MacBook Pro unusable for local game streaming. How is this still a thing?
I am not sure if it’s Apple or Unifi. Actually I have the same issue when using the iPads for streaming (mini 6 and pro 2018), AND I get intermittent issues when using Sony Ps Portal, when connected to the same unifi network. Funny thing is, when I add a cheap router, Deco X20 as an AP only to my un

Is upgrading modem from Wi-Fi 5 to Wi-Fi 6 Worth It for Better Range?
Kung mahalaga sayo ang bandwidth at speed, go for tri-band mesh kasi sabi mo thru wireless mo sya ipag connect, go for Deco BE85 or similar. If hindi naman heavy yung usage, you can go with dual band, go for Deco X20 or similar. Check mo na lang specs nila kung ano sa tingin mo ang swak sa requireme

Need advice on improving Wi-Fi coverage in my 3-story house
Get a mesh wifi like a tplink deco x20 pack of 3. Turn the wlan in your router off and make the main deco as your access point.

Deco X20 Firmware Upgrade
Just a heads-up, there's a new firmware update ( 1.4.0 Build 20260507 Rel. 32941) released this month, though it's currently only available on the support page for this model. I have the Indian variant of Deco X20 (Version 3.8) and updated to this v3 firmware two weeks ago. It's been running great s

Using mesh with youfibre
Yes that should work. I currently have the Deco X20-DSL plugged into the older Arris YF router (with double NAT) which my phone hangs off. But almost everything runs through my Deco or the S4's I have dotted around the house. I am currently in a stalemate deciding between upgrading the various Decos

Need help - Slow wifi speed Deco x20
Even with 5ghz, it is very hard to reach your max speed when you're already at that level. Anyway, found this reddit post about a similar issue to yours. Check and see if the same applies. If hindi mo masolve, 470mbps is already extremely good for wifi. Kadalasan nagiging OC lang tayo kapag hindi na

DECO X20
Deco X20 donanım olarak hiç de kötü değil. Baştan aşağı Qualcomm hatta işlemcisi 4 çekirdek. Hatta Qualcomm Wi-Fi 6 örnek donanımlar arasında gösteriyor sitesinde. Muhtemelen OP'nin cihazı konumlandırması yanlış ve wireless backhaul kullanıyor. Cihazda dedicated backhaul olsaydı sonuçlar muhtemelen
