Actually most WiFi 7 routers/APs/extenders don't have 6 GHz. The minimum for WiFi 7 compliance is 2.4+5 GHz operating together in MLO, and a lot of WiFi 7 devices only implement the bare minimum. The Deco BE65 OP mentions does have 6 GHz, but the Deco BE25 and BE3600 both do not, despite being WiFi

If you want a simple answer my suggestion is a TP Link Deco BE25 Outdoor, its a Wifi 7 dual band indoor / outdoor mesh unit with 2.5gbps wired ports that support POE powering so could be used flexibly in the future is your circumstance change, also rain proof and rate for -20 to +140F temperatures.

Well, i ditched the asus. I’ve tried everything. Setting it to AP mode. Changing the location. Different cable etc etc. it’s giving me 200mb instead of the 800 now. Unbelievable. Ordered a set of TP-Link Deco BE25 with WiFi 7. Reading some positive things about this one.

Just make sure it's a Deco model with "-Outdoor" in its name since those are specifically designed for weatherproofing and outdoor use. For example, the Deco X50-Outdoor. Or, better yet, since your main network is Wi-Fi 7, you could opt for our new Deco BE25-Outdoor. Notably, these two Deco outdoor
