Should I just not buy cheap grinders? (1000Rs)

The Timemore C2S is premium feel, all-metal build quality, it can't do espresso grind. The Kingrinder P2 is a better choice for coffee enthusiasts looking for a sweeter cup profile and espresso versatility. The biggest+ve for P2 is that it's plastic, the catch cup will not deform on drop, and it's b

one or two grinder/s: regular & decaf beans?

I have a baratza esp and a DF64. Still experimenting the df64. Baratza is a solid grinder with no miss no fuss. Also have a hand grinder, timemore c2s. It's alright... Need to modify it with a cheap finer adjustment plate found on aliexpress.

Is this a good buy?

It’s a decent brewer. As said, I’ve been using it for 8-9 months and have never faced an issue. Only con compared to an Aeropress in my opinion is that it lacks the 1-4 makings. But if you are using a scale, you don’t really need the markings. Also, you get 500 paper filters and a metal filter. Grin

Need help regarding the resting period for corridor7 beans

I’m assuming it’s a light roast and speaking from personal experience Fermented coffees are way too intense and muddled if I don’t rest them that long. There is no separation of flavors I’ve seen people recommend resting them for as long as two months on the r/pourover sub and in my experience that

C2s for flair/picopresso

Definately not timemore c2s as it will not give you the precise control of grind size between one click, so you wont be able to dial in your coffee. Atleast get a decent espresso grinder maybe Timemore c3 esp for starters or the kingrinder k6 ( not available in india , need to order from outside ind

All ordered from amazon-uae . If you want good flavour i suggest the following in chronological order , number one is being

Desperate for help: Unbearable "battery acid" sourness event with dark toast [Gaggia Classic + Timemore S3 ESP]

There is a big chance its the grinder , but Before changing the grinder try the original baskets that comes with the gaggia classic pro . Not only try the double basket , but also try the single 10g basket. Both aim for 1:2 in 25-30 sec. And compar the double shot to the single. If both tasted sour

Recommendations for a good home espresso machine under 30K, mainly asking as a beginner in espresso but an amateur in overall coffee making and drinking. any suggestions are appreciated!

Has this been the lowest its ever been? The steam wand can be a bit of a deal breaker in a way... I have a timemore c2s but not sure if I can get espresso sized grinds

Morning Pour-over should start like this!

I checked out the electric and manual both, and didn't know that a proper electric grinder could be this costly. I even checked the c2s and c3s by timemore but found them a tad bit too expensive. Are the agaro and instacuppa manual grinders not good at all or can I give them a try?

First shot using Dedica EC685 + Bottomless Portafilter

Then you would have difficult time to dial in good shot. I have the same setup for sometime now with manual grinder (c2s timemore) but very difficult to get consistent results. I use pressurized filter for pre ground coffee. It can taste good with few trial and error
