What hand grinder do you have for your Aeropress?
I started with the Timemore C2s and honestly really liked it. My two complaints were the internal adjustment and non-folding crank handle, but those were nitpicky and the handle I didn’t really notice it until I upgraded to the 1Zpresso J-Ultra. But I ONLY upgraded due to wanting a grinder capable o

HiBrew G4B; is this good for moka?
Gamit ko Timemore C2s(C2 but all metal variation) sa Moka pots ko, goods naman siya, I use it around 11-16 clicks for Moka. 1-2/3 years na to sakin. Got it sa shopee for around 2k'ish sa Timemoreph(wala na silang Mall badge now)

Switching to v60 from French Press
The C2S is quite capable. You can see my brews. I grind Espresso fine for my Moka Pot method and it does take a long time and high effort to grind at 6-7 clicks. Normally for Moka grind 9-12 clicks is good. For Nanopresso I grind at 9-11 clicks. Pourover range is quite long 15-24 clicks. I am quite

I want to explore more than James Hoffmann's Ultimate AeroPress Recipe
For Geisha tested 90 / 95 and 100 with Jeffs recipe. And it actually was not smth I remember that means it did not change that much. But grinding coarser from 11 to 14 on Timemore Chestnut C2s helped to open it up

one or two grinder/s: regular & decaf beans?
I have a baratza esp and a DF64. Still experimenting the df64. Baratza is a solid grinder with no miss no fuss. Also have a hand grinder, timemore c2s. It's alright... Need to modify it with a cheap finer adjustment plate found on aliexpress.

One Cup
So I started with an OG AP, timemore c2s grinder ($80 on amazon), and a $40 gooseneck kettle on amazon. I get my beans at a co-op grocery store in bulk bins 1/2-1lb at a time (like the jelly bean tubes at candy stores where you pull the handle and they flow into a bag) and just keep them in a cupboa

Metal filter
You will need to grind a little coarser for a metal filter than a paper filter. Best way is to experiment. I have a Timemore Chestnut C2S and I am on 18 clicks from the finest setting for metal filter. I do not enjoy the coffee if I use a paper filter; I like the flavor of the oils.

Trying new coffee
This is one of my recent favourites. I prefer brewing it using pourover methods(v60 mostly) and you can actually taste the notes. Grinder: Timemore C2S. Experimented between 16,17,18 clicks and loved it best at 18.

C2s for flair/picopresso
Definately not timemore c2s as it will not give you the precise control of grind size between one click, so you wont be able to dial in your coffee. Atleast get a decent espresso grinder maybe Timemore c3 esp for starters or the kingrinder k6 ( not available in india , need to order from outside ind

Desperate for help: Unbearable "battery acid" sourness event with dark toast [Gaggia Classic + Timemore S3 ESP]
There is a big chance its the grinder , but Before changing the grinder try the original baskets that comes with the gaggia classic pro . Not only try the double basket , but also try the single 10g basket. Both aim for 1:2 in 25-30 sec. And compar the double shot to the single. If both tasted sour
