First Build
Many parts seem too expensive - you can certainly get more for your money. The SSD is also very small - i would recommend 1TB minimum; 500GB will fill up very fast. As for being as silent as possible, keep in mind it’s mainly fans that make noise - usually the faster they spin, the louder they get.

Tbh I wouldn't buy a 500 GB SSD anymore, they take up a valuable slot on your motherboard and can only store 3 Forza Horizon 6's.
