A few comments: 64GB of RAM is more than needed for gaming, plus the specs are not good (6000mhz CL30 is the ideal). More RAM typically won't help, while worse specs will have an effect. The 7800X3D is a very low power draw CPU (one of the lowest under gaming loads), so a 360mm AIO is unnecessary. N

This would be my recommendation for your build. Some Notes: I would highly recommend using the 4TB as your main form of storage as HDDs are much slower. If you do need tons of storage, I recommend building a separate NAS with the remaining storage. If your budget can accommodate it, running an 4090
