Jellyfin can't play 4k movies anymore on synology NAS
I think your problem is with the client. You need to get the client to somehow force direct play. I was having this problem on a Roku TV that suddenly stopped allowing direct play after an update and my Synology (DS1019+) could not handle it. I was already switching to an Apple TV so never resolved
