How many of you use the steelcase leap? (I’m 5’7” and have some upper and lower back pain) looking at getting one that I found on sale brand new!
Out of all the top chairs, Embody, Aeron, it's the only chair that fixed my back pain. However it caused me a great deal of tailbone pain. I finally found the solution with the Lamia. Steelcase Leap V2 with an Amia cushion and now everything is great. Absolutely love the 4D armrests and the lumbar s

Leap V2 vs Embody
I went and tried all of the chairs in person without a budget in mind; I was simply going to get the best chair for me. I like the embody and it looks awesome, don't get me wrong, but I ended up with the leap v2 simply because of the lumbar support. The embody is very comfortable and kind of molds t

Does anyone else feel like their office chair is slowly killing them?
There’s lots of good advice here already, but a good chair has to be part of the solution. I’m curious what chair you tried that didn’t help. There’s a lot of junk out there sold as premium that’s really not. I don’t sit at a desk all day, but I switched to a Steelcase Amia during Covid and it’s one

Not One Of Those Miracle Deal Gesture Finds But...
I recently purchased the same model with the headrest. When adjusted according to the recommended guidelines, I experienced significant lower‑back discomfort, so I’ve had to position the seat fully backwards. This gives me the proper lumbar support i desire, but it also leaves roughly a hand width b

Got this for $100 from market place but did not work for me.
It might. Some people prefer it. Personally I've found the Amia seat to be the most forgiving of the Steelcase brand. I get the least amount of tailbone pain from it. Leap V2 is definitely the best for back support though.

Seeking: Office Chair with Aggressive Lumber Support
Try a Steelcase Leap v2, it has a more aggressive/pronounced lumbar than the Steelcase Amia.

Really digging my setup lately
No it is not, or at least I didn’t like it. I’m returning mine and getting a refurbished steelcase amia. If you sit in it for 8+ hours I’d wager it will do the same thing to your back as it did to mine; break it.

Comparing the most talked about chairs in each category
I'm 6'3'' 260 lbs for reference. I've owned the Steelcase Gesture V1 almost since it's launched. Also have owned a Secretlab Titan Evo for a while as well and have used both quite extensively at my home desk. I've recently purchased a Elabest x100 for my in-office chair and just the the Herman Mille
