Did I finally find the light sweet spot?
The foxtrot msr was made for the kuna. Only light option imo unless you’re rocking the haga handguard, compact pressure switch saves your precious rail space. Leaves a bit of a shadow with a can but there’s probably an offset mount on arisaka that would help with that

Need a good rifle light
Honestly I think the streamlight flickering thing is overblown. They're good to go IMO. I've had no issues with my Foxtrot MSR (got it before the whole TPUSA thing) and honestly prefer it because I can use surefire switches and scout-style mounts, but I understand why folks wouldn't buy them.

Somehow, still underrated
Sig foxtrot MSR, on sale especially it’s great value, comes with a few nice to have bits and a spare battery. The remote switch is similar to the modbutton but the unity mount required some dremeling to fit.

Home defence PCCs
Foxtrot MSR Compact. Comes with everything you need to mount. Cable for pad routes perfectly as you can see too with no mess. You just have to route it between the mount and the light before you bolt them together.

Did I finally find the light sweet spot?
Received my Foxtrot-MSR. Once I figure out how to get the exposure right on my iPhone I'll take some beam shots comparing it to a Scout 640 Turbo, Protac HLX, and my Malkoff HTLv3. I will say it's pretty incredible how good the Foxtrot-MSR is for under $200. My first impressions are it's a much bett

She’s getting there
Thanks! It’s the Sig Foxtrot-MSR compact. It’s a great little light, super bright. The shadow isn’t awful, tbh. I was thinking about putting it on the to pic rail, but I feel like the shadow might actually be worse.

Looking For Flashlight Recs
Really happy with my Sig Foxtrot-MSR. Better throw than my Streamlight. Comes with mount, a rechargeable 18650 battery and rail mounted switch. For the price, it really can't be beat, especially once you consider accessories. gun dot deals has them for ~$120. Paired mine with a Midwest Industries fo

Help with weapon light mount & position
Here’s my two cents. I have the Sig Foxtrot-MSR. Never had an issue mounting and it hasn’t caused my Kuna to fire randomly😁. I kid, I kid🤣🤣🤣

Sig MPX twins
So direct mounting is good. Tri lug is t necessary. I just have a few different suppressors I like to swap on my other mpx. Yes 3 😂. The mpx is that good. As for the light, it’s a Surefire but I would save some money and go with sig’s FOXTROT-MSR Compact. It’s a nice light and comes with everything
