Samsung VA is the only real except. My Odyssey G7 1440p 240hz (no miniled) has no black smear. It does have worse VRR flicker than my OLED tho which is weird.

There's a lot of bad information here. This is a limitation of VA panels, they... On average. SUCK. But there are a few outliers.
