The ark’s KDM is trash. Buy a LG monitor. The Samsung has good hardware but the TV’s software is garbage. I ended up just using it as a single monitor and getting a LG duelup monitor for my Mac. I use a Logitech MX mouse and keyboard with Flow to switch between different computers.

It is most definitely the OneConnect box getting hot. My Odyssey Ark Gen1 blacks out over and over,,, but only once it has been turned on and started getting warmer. Curved is worthless for 16:9 unless you're playing on something massive like a 55 inch Samsung Odyssey Ark and sitting right in front of it.
