TEMU rig photos
It will work fine with a DD wheel base, but I would not use the monitor stand for anything large. I’ll end up using a different solution for the Samsung ark 55” monitor I’ll be using. $200 for this setup

of a computer screen
I wonder what TV that even is, afaik the largest curved screen that's still in commercial production is Samsung's 55" Ark monitor. This had to be something from that weird era around 2020-2021 when Samsung was desperately fishing for anything to use to compete with LG's WOLED but before they got QD-

Is Buying A New Odyssey Ark Gen 2 Still Worth It In Mid 2026?
Even a Gen 1 would be worth it. I don't know about the Mac scaling stuff you mentioned. I think people have had some issues with that on here, now that you mention it, so you better give it a search before splurging dollars. I also watch markets nonstop, using Sierra Chart on Windows 11 - It's diffi

VRR Flicker with AMD GPU, Display Port and FreeSync
Wow... I didn´t know VRR flicker is a problem on many monitors. So my LG C1 TV can handle VRR better than the Samsung. I think, I will stick with my LG C1 and live with HDR 4:2:2 instead of VRR flicker. The Odyssey Ark 55" seems to be the same monitor like in the VRR Flicker test. Just another size

Should I buy it?
It's a yes from me, an owner of an Ark 2nd gen. It's like having four 27-inch monitors in one, all pointing at you. As someone who used three 27-inch monitors (for coding) prior to switching, it was a huge improvement. It was in the online Samsung store for $1.2k during the July 4th sale.

Got rid of the secret lab and went to Ikea
Thank you! I’m a big fan of the monitor (no pun intended), Samsung 55” Odyssey Ark 2.

I My 2026 office setup
Instantly better! I got a really good Best Buy open box deal on the Odyssey Ark. But I never did split screen, you can’t have more than one input source on the multi-view setup, so I basically I had a 55” work monitor. I knew I was going to upgrade one day. I had a Samsung 49” ultra-wide before, lov
