Is 650$ a fair price for this computer?
It’s worth maybe 400 at most. Let’s remember that the 2060 is outdated, there’s 3 generations that are available and can be used for this price range. It’s still DDR4, which isn’t bad but it’s best to move to AM5 when you can, so cheaper for AM4 is more acceptable. 3600 is a great cpu but once again

Lenovo executive claiming that ssd speed will only reach peak based on how much window assign or it'll use, Is that true
It's a Samsung PM9A1 which is based on the exact hardware of the 980 pro with just different firmware for OEMs and laptops. It won't reach 7000. It doesn't have the hardware to do so.

Samsung 9100 pro ssd potential issues to mitigate
i bought a Samsung pro 980 back when pcie 4.0 was new. it always has and still underperforms. my pro tip for next time: dont buy Samsung
