Looks a lot, but everything is full (SSDs are 80%, because after 80% TRIM cannot work optimally), I ran a JellyFin server and some VMs as well.(That's the reason for intel CPU, the iGPU can handle most of the transcoding in the background without me even nothicing a flinch!) Samsung 970 EVO Plus is solid choice for 2TB, been using it in my setup for year now without any issues. Price is bit steep but worth it for the performance you get
