Crucial/Micron Warranty department, dishonesty with false promises
I had a Samsung 860 Pro 512GB drive fail not long after its installation and Samsung offered me an Evo model of the same capacity or a cash refund, I took the cash refund and bought a 1TB 860 Evo with it (the 860 Pro was no longer sold anywhere). This was between the crypto and AI crazes.
