Rocket R58... Maybe a Porsche?

I recently upgraded to the Rocket R58 TUNE and would happily recommend it to anyone looking to switch to a dual boiler. It's a beautifully designed machine with some thoughtful features.

Personal caveat, I'm a Cinquantotto (v3) owner, so take my esthetic opinions as a fan of the v3, with that... (question A) general thoughts? and (question B) non-Rocket loyalists interest? The R58 is single group which is suitable for home use and low volume cafes and the Zoe is double group best for high volume and if you are planning to be long term with your cafe. Looks like a sound decision to me. Are you sure your spouse wouldn’t have preferred a Rocket R58 instead - much more shiny 😀. The Silvia X-Pro does everything you need, at a great level of long-term quality. It’s durable, servicable, and you didn’t need to spend your money on high-maintenance polish
